Davao City, Philippines – A new landmark is set to rise in the bustling district of Lanang, Davao City, with the proposed construction of the JTC Tower Palace Hotel, a 12-storey high-rise development that promises to bring upscale hospitality services to the area.

Strategically located along J.P. Laurel Avenue, just a short distance from the SM Lanang Premier site, the hotel is envisioned to cater to both local and international guests, further boosting the city’s growing tourism and business sector.

The project is owned and developed by Mayor Jose T. Cuyos and Mrs. Cuyos, and is expected to enhance the skyline of northern Davao City while contributing to the ongoing transformation of Lanang into a vibrant commercial and leisure district.

Once completed, the JTC Tower Palace Hotel will offer a mix of premium accommodations, business facilities, and dining establishments, all designed to meet the needs of Davao's expanding visitor market. With its prime location near major commercial centers, government offices, and the airport, the hotel is well-positioned to become a key player in the city’s hospitality scene.

Industry observers have noted the steady rise in property and tourism investments in Davao, with developments such as this seen as strong indicators of investor confidence and sustained economic growth.

The project is currently in its early planning and design stages, with further updates to be announced in the coming months.
