— Is Starbucks opening a new branch soon at the CityGate Mall in Buhangin District, Davao City?
Rumor has it that Starbucks Coffee is gearing up to launch its 6th outlet in the city—this time in the northern part, right inside the CityGate Mall by Gaisano Grand Malls. If true, this would be a full-service type of store, which could serve not just the people living nearby, but also those traveling along the busy Buhangin route.
Now, if this really happens, wouldn’t it boost CityGate Mall’s image even more? After all, the mall brands itself as “the modern and sophisticated mall”—and having a Starbucks on-site would definitely add to that vibe, don’t you think?
But here’s the catch—there’s no official announcement yet from Starbucks Coffee Philippines. So, is this just another piece of mall gossip, or are we truly getting a new Starbucks up north?
