MDMRC Hospital is a new and modern tertiary hospital that will open soon in Davao City. Strategically located at the heart of Downtown South.

Guys it is confirmed that this building is a hospital. I just capture the tarp on this building and guess what is written there? It is an announcement for hiring a medical professionals. Anyway, the hospital's name is Metro Davao Medical and Research Center (MDMRC). It is a tertiary hospital and soon to open on the 3rd quarter of 2012.
Those Medical professional who are looking for a job or want to render their service in this hospital, you may now submit your application/documents to Dianna Wong at Davao Diamond Industrial Supply or to Angela Tan and Mae Cortez at 5th floor, Yahu! ANOTHER BIG HOSPITAL soon to rise in JP Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City.
This building is the old Cuizon Hotel in Davao, way back in the '70's or 80's and it was closed due to bankruptcy. It is located in J.P. Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City. As I recall, during the late 80's the building was renovated and became a casino and later on, the front part became the Duty-Free Shop in Davao.Then the property was closed and owned by Philippine National Bank.
Currently, this building is under construction again., And sooner, this will be one of the many big hospitals in the city that will serve Davaoeños in the Metropolitan Davao and the nearby areas. And it's one block away from Abreeza Mall (Ayala Malls in Davao).
Actually, there's no confirmation yet from the owner of this property if the above statement is true and correct. The information that I have are coming from the engineers who is working on this building and also from the nearby residents there. But if the rumors and hearsay is true, then this will be a great news for us Davaoeños and to our medical professionals in the city.
So, let's wait and see the result of this building renovation.
