DAVAO CITY, Philippines
— The Jenson Land Realty and Development Corp (JLRDC) celebrate the first awarding for the " Top Seller of the year " for its project Villa Señorita Subdivision in the club house of Twin Palms Residences which is also owned by the said company.
Villa Señorita Subdivision is located in Brgy. Langub, Diversion road, Davao City. It is the company's major pioneering real estate project in Davao City. The property is a 15-hectare project with 440 lots for Phase 1, and for Phase 2 is the 2-storey house.The subdivision will feature uniquely-designed housing model with a Filipino-Mediterranean theme.
The said event was headed by no other than Mr. Chua ( The Jenson Land President ) together with his wife Mrs. Chua. Also present in the event were Engineer Manuel Cerbo and his wife Miraluna Cerbo (The Marketing Director of Jenson Land and the owner of Prestige Homes Realty Development Corporation | PHRDC ), Atty. Diosdado Mahipus was the keynote speaker (the former 2nd District City Councilor and Licensed Real Estate Broker).
The awards night was well attended with the top Real Estate Broker of Davao City as well as their sales force and other special guest who grace and witnessed the event. It was a very successful indeed. A lot of people really enjoyed the show and likewise enjoyed the sumptuous food that they served.
The highlight of the program was the company's announcement of the awarding of prizes to the top sales team of the year. Meanwhile, the Starex Van awaits for the top group seller, and a 100 thousand peso for the top sales director with trip for 2 to Singapore, 50 thousand peso for the top Unit Sales Manager w/ trip to Hongkong, and 20 thousand peso for the top Property Consultant w/ trip for 2 to Boracay.
