DAVAO CITY, Davao
โ Two (2) Gaisano Grand Mall soon to rise in the outskirts of Davao City. FAREAST Noble House Inc., a subsidiary of Gaisano Group of Companies, has invested some P133.068 million for the construction of this two (2) two-storey malls .
The first mall is located along Saavedra St. in Toril District, It is a two-storey mall, which sits in a 20,000-square-meter lot.The company infused a total of P80.987 million for the first infra according to the City Building Office (CBO) of Davao City.
Data from CBO showed that the building permit was released two years ago.
Another two-storey mall will soon rise in Tibungco District and will sit in an area of 15,188 square meters. And it cost some P52.081 million for the construction of the second mall.
The two malls of Gaisano Grand Mall will attend to the shopping needs of the residents in Toril and Tibungco.
