The much awaited Samal-Davao Bridge project that cost Php 23 billion will break ground in July this year, according to Governor Edwin Jubahib of Davao Del Norte.
After the long holdout among the several families whose properties will be affected by the bridge project has already agreed with the terms of expropriation offered by the government.
