Damosa Land has broken ground for the establishment of the first International Workplace Group (IWG) center in Cagayan de Oro.
During the groundbreaking ceremony on March 17, DLI awarded the construction to RCW Construction Development Corp. to create an innovative and modern workspace for the CDO market.
DLI holds the franchise to develop and operate IWG centers in Mindanao, which carries the brands Regus, HQ, and Spaces. This will be the first of its kind here and the third in the whole of Mindanao.
