DAVAO CITY , Philippines
— Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is making waves in Davao City, the company was launching their big 2 project in Davao City with a total cost of P12.6 Billion. This two project are The Paragon Davao and The Davao Global Township (DGT), these are both located in the southern district of Davao City.
The Paragon Davao is a joint venture with Davao Filandia Realty Corporation and Yuson Strategic Holdings Inc. The project is located in Mc Arthur Highway, Matina, Davao City. (It is adjacent to the entrance gate of UM Matina campus).
The first phase of The Paragon Davao, which would cost P2.6 billion, will house a 26-storey residential tower, the 263-room Citadines Paragon Davao, the Paragon Davao Convention Center, and The Paragon Davao Lifestyle Mall.
The two project was launched on November 23, 2018 with our very own beautiful Mayor, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio and the other special guest from both company as well as the active and energetic sales force and brokers of Davao region.
During the groundbreaking ceremony for this two project last Friday, Mayor Sara Duterte lauded both projects, which are set for completion in 2022, as these are partnerships with the locals and investors from Cebu.

The other project is the Davao City’s 22-hectare Matina Golf Club, it will be a mixed-use residential and business district. The company has partnered with YHEST Realty and Development Corporation for the development of the Davao Global Township (DGT).
