DAVAO CITY , Philippines
— Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is launching their latest project in Davao City with the guest of honor the Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.
CLI is developing the Davao City’s 22-hectare Matina Golf Club into a mixed-use residential and business district. The company has partnered with YHEST Realty and Development Corporation for the development of the Davao Global Township (DGT).

Phase 1 of the DGT will feature an office tower, two residential towers, retail buildings, a Cineplex mall, and a convention center with a total floor area of 93,000 square meters at an estimated cost of P10 billion.
During the groundbreaking ceremony for DGT on Friday, Mayor Sara Duterte lauded the said projects, which are set for completion in 2022, as these are partnerships with the locals and investors from Cebu. “It will help bring in more money contribute to the growth of Davao,” added Mayor Sara Duterte.
